How our process works

Your vehicle Salesperson would have given you a copy of our product information leaflets at the time you agreed to purchase the vehicle. You should try to make time to read these as they detail what exactly these important products mean to you.

We recommend that you also view the Key Facts documents on our Product Details page to allow you to understand how the products work, and to understand any significant exclusions these products may have.

We will contact you within a few days of agreeing to purchase your new vehicle by telephone. We will use our FSA compliant qualification process by asking you some routine questions to assess your needs and demonstrate how the products work with a personal representation based on your vehicle.

We will also then make recommendations / provide a personal quotation to allow you to make an informed decision from a position of knowledge.
