Dealer Partner Direct Limited is an Authorised Representative of AutoProtect(MBI) Ltd who are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) . The FSA have regulated the sale of general insurance products since January 2005.

Our business operates with the FSA’s “Treating Customers Fairly” principals at its core, to ensure that any insurance products recommended to you as our customer has been selected to cover your specific needs.

This is good news for you as the consumer as you will never have a product recommended to you by Dealer Partner Direct which you don’t qualify for, or have a significant need for.

Any product you purchase from our representative will be governed by the Office of Fair Trading’s distance selling regulations, therefore being cancellable within 30 days of purchase with no financial penalty providing you have not made a claim on the policy.

These assurances mean that you will never be mis-sold any product by Dealer Partner Direct which may not offer you effective cover to suit your personal circumstances.
